John graduated from the Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, achieved his CPA status and accepted a position with a mid-sized accounting firm in NYC; responsible for the largest clients he focused on auditing and taxation. After ten years of service, John went forward to a larger accounting practice. As Vice President, he managed the day to day operations, reviewing the firm’s largest tax returns and engagements. In 2006, John decided to open his own CPA firm in Staten Island.

John’s commitment to the highest quality professional and personal service to his clients has led to his induction into various professional societies. He is the founder of Richmond County Referral Source Inc., a business networking group.

Connie Waterman migrated from Manila, Philippines with her family in 1969 and is an alumna of Bernard M. Baruch College where she achieved a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Human Resources. Her passions for volunteerism, financial literacy, mentoring and sponsorship of youth and young professionals has led her to where she is today as a stand-out leader in Retail Banking.

With over 35 years of experience, Connie has built a successful career holding various leadership roles in Training and Development, Coaching, and Project Management as a Branch Manager, Market Manager, and District Manager. She has supervised four markets in New York City and has been Operations Manager for Commercial Treasury Management with over 200 team members overseeing territories with over $6 Billion in Assets Under Management. A top performer with recognition in 4 Top 10% Ranking within the bank, she has also been awarded twice by the COJO of Flatbush for Excellence in Banking.

To date, her success as a leader has led her to opening numerous new branch locations throughout New York, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. Connie’s success does not stop with her career. Connie is a wife and mother of 3 children and 2 dogs. Residing in Staten Island for over 45 years, Connie has been involved with many community organizations including the Chinese-American Planning Council (CPC), Central Brooklyn Jazz Consortium (CBJC), Bay Ridge Lawyers Association, Staten Island Women’s Bar Association (SIWBA), March of Dimes, and Staten Island Zoological Society. She was the Athletic Director and Basketball Coach of three parishes for the Archdiocese of New York’s Catholic Youth Program. When not working, Connie enjoys spending time with her family on vacation, dining out, and outdoor sporting. In light of Connie’s achievements in her career and family, she truly exemplifies leadership amongst all women today.

With over 50 years of experience advising businesses and solving problems, Richard Corash is considered one of the Deans of Staten Island attorneys. Under his stewardship, the practice has grown from a solo general practice of the 1960’s to one of Staten Island’s most respected law firms.

Corash is an active member of the Richmond County Bar Association. Since 1985, Corash has served as Grievance Committee Chairman and Member. For the past 15 years he has been appointed as Commercial and Construction Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He has been recognized in Who’s Who in American Law and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Since 2016, Corash is General Counsel for the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation (SIEDC) and is currently serving on the Board of Directors.

A 1959 graduate of Harpur College SUNY Binghamton, he received his J.D. from Rutgers University in 1963 and an M.L. from Brooklyn Law School in 1966. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the District of Columbia and the United States Supreme Court.
